Delivery options

We offer several delivery options for completed translations or proofreading:

For delivery by post or by messenger, you may select your preferred medium to store your text (CD, USB memory stick (+100 CZK) or a printed version).

If you place a large-scale order with us that exceeds a total volume of 500 standard pages, you will receive a USB memory stick FOR FREE! On large-scale orders for delivery in printed form, we always charge 50% of the printing costs.

Postal delivery is made FREE OF CHARGE. In the case of delivery by registered mail or messenger, the shipping costs of the respective carrier will be added. As an electronic storage option, we usually use .pdf (Acrobat Reader) or .doc (MS Word) file formats. If necessary, we can also manage the storage of translations and proofreading in different file formats (graphics file formats .jpg, .tiff, .gif etc.).

Please, always state your preferred delivery option, text carrier and file format on the order form, so that we can return your translation or proofreading in a timely manner.
